Wings Wood Phases 1 and 2 - April 2024 update

All 22 of the properties for which the CLT had nomination rights are now allocated, with just four occupations awaited.

If you use the CLT application process on the District Council’s housing website, you will be added to a waiting list (for whenever any of the CLT tenants move away, which may of course be some time).

You will also be on the list for Phase 2, for which 12 properties will be allocated using the CLT process, with bidding for the first of these homes possibly starting as soon as July.
