5 Appointment of Auditor/Examiner

6. Appointment of Board members: According to the agreed CLT policy, 1/3rd of Members automatically retire each year. Alphabetically, Mike Link and Sue Livett are due to retire this year and are eligible for re-appointment

7. Election of Chairman and Vice Chairman

8. Any other business.
