ABE CLT Annual General Meeting 2026

You are warmly invited to the Aldingbourne, Barnham and Eastergate Community Land Trust Annual General Meeting.

The AGM is an opportunity to hear about the Trust’s activities over the past year, meet members of the Board and find out more about our work to help local people access affordable housing.

The CLT currently has nomination rights for 34 affordable homes at Wings Wood, helping to ensure these properties are allocated to people with a local connection.

Whether you are already a member or would simply like to learn more about the Community Land Trust, you are very welcome to join us.

In accordance with the CLT’s agreed policy, one-third of Board members retire each year. Kevin Dean, Mike Link and Sue Livett are due to retire this year and are eligible for reappointment.

New volunteers interested in serving as Board members are also welcome.
