4. Presentation of the Financial report for year ending 31.03.25

5. Appointment of Auditor/Examiner

6. Appointment of Board members: According to the agreed CLT policy, 1/3rd of Members automatically retire each year. Alphabetically, Louise Beaton, Richard Beresford, and Joanna Brown are due to retire this year and are eligible for re-appointment

7. New volunteers to serve as Board members are welcome. (Note: the election of Chairman and Vice Chairman takes place at the Board meeting immediately following the AGM)

8. Any other business.
