Aldingbourne, Barnham & Eastergate

Community Land Trust

Our community working together to bring affordable housing to our parishes and to hold land and property on behalf of the community.

The CLT has been supported by - and works closely with - Arun District Council, Aldingbourne Parish Council, and Barnham & Eastergate Parish Council.

Housing developments over a certain size are required to provide affordable homes. In that context, developers intending to provide housing in the parishes of Aldingbourne, and Barnham & Eastergate, are invited to contact ABE CLT to discuss how they can address the housing needs of local people.
